We will dispatch the parcel within 48 hours of receiving the order (normally within 24 hours; in some cases, a maximum of 48 hours).
Tracking details will be shared immediately after dispatch via email.
Shipping charges will be applicable as per the rates of the registered parcel service.
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of Rs. 60 will apply as the courier partner’s collection fee.
COD orders will be dispatched only after customer confirmation via email or phone call.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Any order cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period may not be accepted.
